the things that we love tell us what we are.

OCTOBER 5 – NOVEMBER 13, 2022

J.K. Contemporary presents a group of artists whose work defines in part what they love which tells a story of who they are. From under the feet walking on lichen-topped rocks, fixations on the moon, to Tilting’s fences appearing as long-lost memories, carvings of fantastical beasts, or portraits of friends, and “precious trash” of chaotic colors, these works speak to each artists’ love for their subjects and let the viewer occupy both known and unknown worlds.
